My philosophy and experience

Living health in everyday life should not be complicated. As a sports scientist and health expert with more than 15 years of experience, I build the bridge between current science and everyday practice. My background ranges from holistic health promotion and corporate health management to the leadership of scientific projects.

In recent years, I have focused my work — both scientifically and practically — on women’s health. As a menopause advisor, my main area of expertise is supporting women through this stage of transition.


I do not believe in passing trends, but in personalized solutions based on scientific evidence. In my programs, I teach women and organizations how to integrate physical activity, mindful nutrition, sleep and mental health — key pillars during hormonal changes — into their daily routine successfully and without stress. The result? A solid foundation for health and real, lasting well-being, both for you in your everyday life and for work teams.
